• Coordinate and schedule property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a timely and professional manner.
• Accompany clients to property tours, providing detailed information and answering questions about the homes and neighborhoods.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings, market trends, and community amenities to assist clients effectively.
• Communicate regularly with real estate agents and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, including coordinating with sellers and property managers.
• Document client feedback and preferences to help tailor future property recommendations.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to showings and client interactions as needed.

• Proven experience in real estate showing or related customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
