ROC Real Estate Partners is seeking a driven and flexible Showing Assistant ready to dive in and work side-by-side with our Partners in the field. This role is far from a passive desk job — you’ll be actively engaged from day one.

You’ll gain valuable exposure to client interactions, property tours, and the dynamic pace of one of Albuquerque’s most successful and fast-moving teams, learning directly from top producers closing deals daily.

Requirements: Must hold an active New Mexico real estate license.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly meeting cadence

You MUST have an active real estate license to be considered for this role.
