ROC Real Estate Partners is looking for a motivated and adaptable Showing Assistant to work closely with our Partners in the field. This active, people-focused position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute immediately, and spend your days engaging with clients and properties—not sitting behind a desk.

This role is well suited for individuals who want to build practical knowledge of the real estate industry. You’ll assist with client interactions, conduct property showings, and experience the pace of a leading Albuquerque real estate team. By working alongside high-performing producers who are actively managing transactions, you’ll gain insight into the routines, standards, and skills that contribute to lasting success.

Through dedicated mentorship and our comprehensive SPRINT training program, you’ll develop the knowledge, resources, and real-world experience needed to establish a rewarding career in real estate. We’re focused on helping you build a strong professional foundation—not simply filling a position.

Requirement: An active New Mexico real estate license is required.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly meeting cadence

You MUST have an active real estate license to be considered for this role.

This is a commission based position.
