ROC Real Estate Partners is seeking a reliable, flexible Showing Assistant to support our Partners in the field. This client-oriented, hands-on opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, touring properties, and working in an active environment beyond the traditional office.

As a Showing Assistant, you’ll gain valuable, real-world experience by supporting client interactions and conducting property tours. You’ll work alongside a high-performing Albuquerque team engaged in active transactions, giving you firsthand exposure to the habits, expectations, and skills that contribute to long-term success in real estate.

Requirement: An active New Mexico real estate license is required.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly meeting cadence

You MUST have an active real estate license to be considered for this role.
