• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Know the inventory and communicate with other Realtors
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing and help navigate buyers through the entire buying process.

You are a motivated professional with a positive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are a strong communicator, wiling to learn and committed to service.

$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
