Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, licensed New Mexico Realtor with some experience in real estate who is ready to grow their career as a Showing Partner. In this role, you’ll focus on working with buyers, showing properties, and providing an exceptional client experience — all while learning advanced systems, strategies, and business models that will prepare you for long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with buyers: schedule, coordinate, and host property showings
  • Assist with client communication, follow-up, and offer preparation
  • Learn and apply proven scripts, systems, and strategies to support client needs
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience while representing the team with professionalism
  • Collaborate with senior agents and the team to achieve collective goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active New Mexico real estate license (required)
  • Prior real estate experience (transaction coordination, showings, or sales support)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Growth-minded, coachable, and eager to follow proven systems
  • Commitment to a full-time career in real estate with a collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate as and active team member in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate as an active team member in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
