Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, licensed New Mexico Realtor with some real estate experience to join us as a Showing Partner. This role centers on partnering with buyers by coordinating and leading property showings, ensuring a seamless and outstanding client experience. Additionally, you will gain exposure to advanced systems, strategies, and business models designed to support your long-term professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with buyers to schedule, organize, and conduct property showings
- Support client communications, follow-ups, and assist with offer preparation
- Utilize proven scripts, systems, and strategies to meet client needs effectively
- Represent the team with professionalism, delivering an exceptional client experience
- Collaborate closely with senior agents and team members to meet collective objectives
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico real estate license (mandatory)
- Previous experience in real estate, including transaction coordination, showings, or sales support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong client relationships
- A growth-oriented mindset, openness to coaching, and readiness to adopt established systems
- Dedication to pursuing a full-time real estate career within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate as and active team member in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate as an active team member in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
