• 🎓 Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• 🤝 Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients to property showings
• 📝 Provide comprehensive, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clients’ home search criteria
• ✍️ Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• 📞 Generate leads for at least 10 hours per week
• 🎤 Engage in weekly script practice following team standards
• 🤗 Participate actively in team events and activities as required
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• 📊 Record and monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
