Job Summary

The FI Team is looking for a Showing Assistant to join us in an hourly role dedicated to presenting properties on behalf of our seasoned agents. Based in the Denver Metro area, this position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your real estate expertise by collaborating with leading professionals in a dynamic setting. Your main duties will involve organizing and leading property showings while providing tailored service that elevates the client experience. • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
• Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
• Assist the real estate agents with open houses and client meetings as needed
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
• Manage and update showing schedules and client feedback in the company’s CRM system
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions

• Licensed real estate agent -- Required
• Proven experience in real estate showing or related customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in using real estate software and mobile applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
