Job Summary

The FI Team is seeking a Showing Assistant for an hourly position focused on showcasing properties on behalf of our experienced agents. Located in the Denver Metro area, this role provides a unique chance to develop your real estate skills by working alongside top producers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and conducting property showings, delivering personalized service that enhances the client experience. • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
• Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
• Assist the real estate agents with open houses and client meetings as needed
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
• Manage and update showing schedules and client feedback in the company’s CRM system
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions

• Licensed real estate agent -- Required
• Proven experience in real estate showing or related customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in using real estate software and mobile applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area

$25.00 - $40.00 USD Hourly
