This program is designed to help first-year agents potentially earn up to $144,000 (please note: this is a commission-based role, not a guaranteed salary). Achieving success in this position requires dedication and effort, as compensation is primarily commission-driven. If your goal is to immediately work with high-end luxury listings like those seen on "Million Dollar Listing" or "Selling Sunset," this opportunity may not be the ideal fit.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
