Responsibilities
- Must hold an active real estate license in Washington and/or Oregon; willingness to obtain licensure in the other state is required.
- Schedule & Confirm Showings: Set up home tours and make sure buyers and sellers are on the same page.
- Meet & Greet Clients: Welcome buyers, show them around, and answer basic questions.
- Give Property Tours: Walk clients through homes, pointing out key features and helping them visualize living there.
- Know the Area: Stay up to date on local neighborhoods, market trends, and what’s available.
- Help with Open Houses: Set up, greet guests, and keep things running smoothly.
- Collect Buyer Feedback: Find out what buyers think and share that info with the agent.
- Make Sure Homes Look Good: Check that lights are on, things are tidy, and the place is show-ready.
- Assist with Paperwork & Follow-Ups: Help keep records updated and follow up with buyers after showings.
- Lock Up & Secure Properties: Make sure homes are locked and safe after tours.
- Engage with Our CRM: Actively follow up with contacts in our CRM to set appointments, build rapport, and convert interest into action.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Washington and Oregon (must be licensed for at least 1 year)
- Willingness to obtain a license in an additional state, if needed
- Proven relationship-building skills and a passion for helping clients
- Comfortable with travel and conducting property showings
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs and guide them to the perfect home
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to team success
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and enthusiastic approach
- Willingness to engage with and follow up on leads in our robust and active CRM system
Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
