The Ricci Team is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Licensed Showing Partner to join our successful real estate team in Westchester County, NY. In this pivotal position, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients by conducting property showings, engaging with clients, and ensuring a smooth home buying journey.

Responsibilities

  • Commit to 30-60-90 day intense onboarding training that will build the foundation to your real estate
  • Execute lead generations systems in order to help strengthen and create a consistent sales pipeline
  • Participate in routine training to improve sales conversations leading to higher conversion
  • Complete Sales Certification for sellers, buyers, and additional certifications as needed
  • Examine real estate housing market data and present information to clients
  • Interfacing with clients
  • Consult with clients, vendors and team members in order to buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in our cutting edge real estate CRM Technology
  • Conduct (2) open houses monthly minimum
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly SKILLING UP practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Committed to 40-50 hours weekly to build your business with our tools and systems

Compensation

$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
