We are looking for a dynamic, full-time Licensed Realtor to become a Showing Assistant on our team, collaborating directly with our top-performing agent.

This is a commission only role and is ideal for a driven agent passionate about assisting buyers, gaining in-depth industry knowledge, and delivering outstanding service—without the stress of handling negotiations or contract drafting.

• Active California Real Estate License
• In good standing with the local Board of Realtors
• MLS access
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and track buyers’ needs, concerns, and questions
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Reliable vehicle and computer
• Availability to work weekends and late afternoons
• Strong knowledge of the San Fernando Valley

• Show homes to buyers and provide a high-touch, professional experience
• Work closely with the lead agent to understand buyer goals and preferences
• Stay informed on current inventory and market activity
• Meet and communicate with listing agents
• Understand real estate contracts and transaction flow
  (Note: This role does not require writing contracts or negotiating with other agents)
• Maintain detailed notes on buyer feedback and next steps

• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
