Want to build a real estate career while learning directly from active agents? As a Showing Assistant on Beckman’s Real Estate Team, you’ll help turn online property searches into in-person experiences. You’ll coordinate buyer showings, interpret client feedback, work alongside experienced agents, and develop your own lead-generation abilities.

Based in Kalispell, we serve clients throughout the Flathead Valley. This hands-on opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, spending time in the field, and improving through practice, training, and coaching.

Rewards:

• Proposed annual earnings: $100,000–$150,000, commission-based and dependent on production. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The commission split will be discussed during the interview.
• Our team reports average agent take-home earnings of $125,000–$250,000 based on the results of previous agents. Individual earnings vary, and this team-wide range is not a guarantee for Showing Assistants.
• PLACE opportunity model:
• Associate tier: 13–24 units per year, with access to a stock purchase plan and revenue sharing.
• Partner tier: 25–48 units per year or $250,000 in GCI, with access to a subsidized health care plan and the Partner mastermind group.
• PLACE training and coaching, Brivity technology, and team-provided marketing support.
• Opportunities to strengthen buyer-service and lead-generation skills, with potential advancement as your experience and production grow.
