Responsibilities
- Participate in the New Agent Launch Program
Engage in our intensive 86-day program designed to provide you with the vital skills needed to succeed as a Realtor in today's market. Typically, agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this time.
- Work with Sales Agents to Help Buyers Discover Their Perfect Home
Delight in the daily exploration of homes while building industry knowledge and earning as a Showing Agent.
- Provide Comprehensive Written Feedback to Refine Clients’ Search Criteria
Take advantage of our top-notch training program focused on effective communication, ensuring success when an agent's buyer's offer is accepted.
- Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients
Acquire practical experience in real estate by mastering the art of offer writing and negotiation through hands-on training.
- Commit at Least 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation
This team is perfect for those who are dedicated to hard work. We offer scripts and training to support your daily efforts.
- Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards
Become part of our committed team, meeting at the office at least three days a week. Join us in client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media activities.
- Join Weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions, Training, and Partner Calls
Treat this role as a career, not a pastime. We help you develop a weekly schedule to keep you focused.
- Log Tasks and Activities Using PLACE Technology
Make use of our outstanding data entry system to efficiently record all your calls and appointments.
Qualifications
- Current and active REAL ESTATE License required
- Enthusiastic about engaging with people

- Willingness to travel frequently by car

- High school diploma or equivalent necessary
Compensation
$30,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
