Responsibilities
- What You’ll Gain by Stepping Into This Role
- Launch your career the right way by completing PLACE New Agent Launch, gaining proven systems, structure, and confidence from day one
- Work closely with experienced sales agents, actively helping their clients find homes and move toward confident buying decisions
- Sharpen your buyer expertise by providing clear, written feedback that helps refine search criteria and improve results
- Build real negotiation skills by writing and negotiating offers alongside top-performing agents
- Develop your own pipeline by committing to 10 hours per week of lead generation, supported by scripts, coaching, and accountability
- Grow faster through weekly script practice, team collaboration, and shared standards of excellence
- Receive direct support and coaching through weekly 1:1s, trainings, and Partner Calls designed to stretch your skills and production
- Learn how top teams operate by tracking your activities and results in PLACE technology, building habits that translate into long-term success

Compensation
$45,000 - $67,500 USD Yearly
