• Master the PLACE New Agent Launch program with excellence and enthusiasm
• Partner seamlessly with sales agents to guide clients toward their perfect home
• Provide thoughtful, detailed feedback that sharpens and elevates clients’ home searches
• Skillfully prepare and negotiate offers, championing the best interests of agents and clients alike
• Invest a minimum of 10 hours weekly in proactive lead generation to fuel success
• Hone your communication prowess through consistent, engaging weekly script practice
• Actively participate in team events, fostering a culture of support and connection
• Fully commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, dynamic training, and impactful Partner Calls
• Diligently manage and document all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
