Responsibilities

  • Must hold an active real estate license in Washington and/or Oregon; willingness to obtain licensure in the other state is required.
  • Schedule & Confirm Showings: Set up home tours and make sure buyers and sellers are on the same page.
  • Meet & Greet Clients: Welcome buyers, show them around, and answer basic questions.
  • Give Property Tours: Walk clients through homes, pointing out key features and helping them visualize living there.
  • Know the Area: Stay up to date on local neighborhoods, market trends, and what’s available.
  • Help with Open Houses: Set up, greet guests, and keep things running smoothly.
  • Collect Buyer Feedback: Find out what buyers think and share that info with the agent.
  • Make Sure Homes Look Good: Check that lights are on, things are tidy, and the place is show-ready.
  • Assist with Paperwork & Follow-Ups: Help keep records updated and follow up with buyers after showings.
  • Lock Up & Secure Properties: Make sure homes are locked and safe after tours

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate professional in WA & OR
  • A natural relationship builder with a passion for connecting with people
  • Possesses a positive, proactive attitude that makes collaboration enjoyable
  • Comfortable with travel and showing properties to potential buyers
  • Excellent listening skills to comprehend clients' needs and match them with the ideal home
  • Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve
  • Highly ambitious, self-driven, and success-oriented
  • Required: Valid real estate license in WA & OR, or willingness to obtain a license in another state

Compensation

$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
