Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home showings for pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided)
• Learn from top producers who close 50+ deals annually through hands-on mentorship
• Handle daily client communications with professionalism and promptness
• Engage in daily team meetings, apply proven scripts, and follow up efficiently
• Deliver outstanding results in the field while enhancing your skills, speed, and confidence

About You:

• Licensed or actively working toward your real estate license
• Passionate about real estate, self-improvement, and mastering your craft
• Energetic, client-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
• Coachable, dependable, and fully dedicated to a full-time real estate career
• Driven to build a career that goes beyond just earning a paycheck

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
