We are seeking a motivated, client-centered Showing Agent to become a vital part of our high-achieving team at Chris Colgan – eXp Realty – Powered by PLACE.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct home showings for eager buyers (appointments provided)
• Provide outstanding client service throughout the entire process
• Learn and apply scripts, systems, and follow-up techniques that turn showings into closed deals
• Collaborate with a team boasting over $1 billion in lifetime sales and strong Northern Virginia connections

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds or is pursuing a Virginia real estate license
• Eager to learn and committed to following a proven system
• Professional, dependable, and passionately client-focused

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
