• Finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Help sales agents by showing homes to clients
• Share written feedback to help fine-tune what clients are looking for
• Assist with drafting and negotiating offers for agents and clients
• Work with around 5-10 leads a week
• Participate in weekly script practice and team hangouts
• Join weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
