Key responsibilities focus on proactive outbound sales, such as:
- 📞 Initiating cold calls to generate leads and close transactions.
- 🚪 Conducting door-to-door outreach to engage prospective clients.
- 🏡 Hosting open houses to connect with buyers and sellers face-to-face.
- 🤝 Cultivating client relationships through direct, in-person sales efforts.

Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
