Job Summary
Become an integral part of the Brian Weast Group as a Showing Assistant, supporting clients throughout their home buying journey. Located in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex, USA, this role offers the chance to collaborate with seasoned real estate experts and deliver outstanding service. Ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, eager to grow their skills, and motivated to contribute to a successful team. In this position, you will help clients discover their ideal homes while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$30,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
