What You'll Do

• Guide buyers through their home search — work alongside our sales agents to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience from first showing to final offer.
• Sharpen client strategy — provide detailed written feedback that helps buyers clarify and refine exactly what they're looking for.
• Generate leads weekly — you'll develop the prospecting habits that build a sustainable book of business.
• Show up for the team — participate in weekly team activities, training sessions, Partner Calls, and 1:1 coaching to stay sharp and accountable.
• Complete New Agent Launch — hit the ground running with our structured launch program built to accelerate your early success.

What You Bring

• Active New York real estate license
• NY State driver's license
• A people-first personality — you light up in a room and make others feel at ease
• Strong listening skills and the ability to match clients to homes that fit their lifestyle and goals
• A growth mindset and genuine ambition — you're hungry, coachable, and consistent
• A positive attitude that holds up even on tough days
