• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch training
• Work with the sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Present to buyers in buyer strategy consultations and get their commitment to working with our team
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in daily Power Up calls and weekly coaching calls
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and weekly Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Use the company-provided CRM system to track prospects and to nurture and follow up
