With over 23 years of experience in real estate sales and certified coaching, I know what it takes to build a successful career in this business. As the former Director of Sales for one of the largest Keller Williams teams in the U.S., I’ve been coaching agents since 2009 and helping them achieve measurable results. In this position who will work with buyers, investors and rental leads in conjunction with my support. You show them the homes and I will manage the rest with you helping and learning along the way. I am a firm believer in learning by doing.

Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
