• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in their home search process
• Provide detailed written feedback to refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team standards
• Engage in team activities as per team guidelines
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls
• Utilize PLACE Technology to track tasks and activities efficiently
