We're looking for a dependable and personable Showing Assistant to support our real estate team with property showings and buyer tours. This role is ideal for a licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and values a collaborative team environment. You'll be responsible for opening doors, guiding clients through properties, and ensuring each showing experience is seamless and professional.

• Conduct in-person property showings for both buyers and prospective tenants
• Confirm appointments and access details prior to each showing
• Provide feedback to the team after each tour
• Help with open houses and rental listings as needed
• Secure properties and ensure showing protocols are followed

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of the local area
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Organized and dependable
