Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and trends.
- Assist clients in the negotiation process to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A valid real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
