Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients through their home search.
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine client search criteria.
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
  • Generate leads for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities in line with team standards.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls.
  • Track all tasks and activities using PLACE technology.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
