Important: This role is COMMISSION BASED ONLY

• Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule showings and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and developments.

• Valid CA real estate license required to join the team (but not to apply)
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and other technology tools.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work closely with the Nickle Team to achieve common goals.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
