This position is ideal for motivated, growth-oriented agents who want to sharpen their skills, engage with clients daily, and earn income while receiving guidance from top industry professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with lead agents to conduct home showings throughout Northern Virginia.
- Deliver thorough written and verbal feedback after each showing to help fine-tune client preferences.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating offers on behalf of lead agents and their clients.
- Host open houses to attract new prospects and generate leads.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation to build your personal client pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client communications using PLACE technology and team tools.
- Commit to ongoing development by participating in script rehearsals, team training sessions, coaching, and weekly Partner Calls.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure clients feel supported and confident throughout their journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Personable with a positive, coachable mindset.
- Skilled at establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
- Comfortable spending significant time traveling to show homes and meet clients.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to succeed in real estate.
- Capable of assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties.
- Holds a Virginia real estate license or is actively working toward licensure.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
