The Mateyoke Group is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our energetic and client-focused team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, who enjoy working directly with buyers, and are eager to grow their skills by collaborating with experienced agents in a supportive, team-driven setting.
In this position, you will assist our agents by conducting property showings, collecting and communicating client feedback, coordinating appointment schedules, and ensuring buyers have a smooth and outstanding experience throughout the process. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the homebuying process while working alongside a highly respected and results-oriented real estate team.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Must hold a current real estate license
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Dependable, client-focused, and enjoys building relationships
- Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute within a team setting
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends to meet client demands

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$35,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
