Your Opportunity
The Showing Assistant / Agent Partner plays a vital support role tailored for licensed agents eager to deliver exceptional client service and acquire hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment. Collaborating closely with our lead agents, you will coordinate home showings, help with inspections, and guide buyers through their purchasing journey — all while receiving mentorship designed to develop your skills and advance your career within our team.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
