• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
• Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to clients during showings
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with real estate agents and clients to schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable
• Collect and relay feedback from clients to the listing agents to support marketing and sales strategies
• Manage and update showing schedules and client databases using company software and tools
• Support the real estate team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall client experience
