This position provides a structured route to advancement and achievement, backed by proven models, systems, tools, and extensive coaching and training. All you need is commitment and a passion for success. Please be aware that this is a commission-based role.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards

$45,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
