- Keep abreast of industry developments and continually enhance your professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A valid real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
