Key Responsibilities
- Focused Prospecting: Use our tested systems to connect with potential clients through calls, networking, and the PLACE consumer app.
- Consultative Guidance: Understand client objectives deeply to expertly assist them in buying, selling, and investing.
- Market Expertise: Deliver insightful advice on market trends using exclusive data and advanced property valuation tools.
- Skilled Negotiation: Advocate for your clients to secure the best possible contract terms.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven Sales Success: Experience in real estate or a competitive sales environment with a track record of achievement.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
- Driven & Collaborative: A motivated individual focused on personal success while thriving in a team-oriented culture.
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to proactively navigate challenges in a fast-paced real estate market.
- Licensing: Current real estate license or a strong commitment to obtain one promptly.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
