Job Description: Showing Assistant

In the role of Showing Assistant, you will be responsible for presenting properties to prospective buyers in an engaging and memorable manner. Collaborating closely with our real estate agents during property viewings, you will ensure clients feel at ease, well-informed, and enthusiastic about the homes they visit. Candidates must possess a valid Michigan real estate license to be considered. This position is compensated on a commission basis.

• Complete PLACE Agent Launch Program
• Accompany Agents: Join real estate agents on property tours, offering a friendly and welcoming presence.
• Engage with Clients: Chat with clients in a professional yet approachable way, answering their questions and addressing any concerns during tours.
• Know the Properties: Get to know the ins and outs of each property to share their highlights with potential buyers.
• Stay in Touch: Keep the lines of communication open with agents, sharing insights on client reactions and preferences.
• Stay Organized: Help coordinate and schedule property tours, ensuring everything runs smoothly for clients and agents alike.
• Follow Up: Reach out to clients after showings to gather their thoughts and answer any lingering questions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Michigan Real estate license.

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
