We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our successful real estate team as a Showing Assistant. You will play a vital role in leading clients through property tours, ensuring each visit is smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Your contributions will help foster strong client relationships and strengthen our community presence.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
