We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become an essential part of our successful real estate team as a Showing Assistant. This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will play a key role in supporting clients by guiding them through property tours, ensuring each visit is smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Your contributions will help create positive client experiences and build strong community connections.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
