• Show residential properties to buyer clients throughout Harrisonburg and nearby communities
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm property tours efficiently
• Provide clear, detailed showing feedback to clients and team members
• Assist with preparing purchase offers and reviewing comparable sales (with team guidance)
• Maintain accurate and organized client activity in our CRM system
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and showing requests assigned by the team
• Represent the Chris Colgan Team with professionalism and outstanding client service

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when clients need you most
• Willingness to follow proven systems, scripts, and training programs
• Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and growth
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
