Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team.

We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office, and tap into one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, engaging over 10 million people monthly on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide thorough administrative support to agents, ensuring seamless transaction workflows
• 📅 Schedule showings, appointments, and manage listing calendars
• 🏡 Oversee MLS listings, coordinate property marketing, and handle transaction paperwork
• 📞 Maintain effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Support marketing campaigns and enhance our online presence

• Strong communication and technology proficiency

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
