- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch — Your foundation for long-term success starts here. You’ll be equipped with tools, knowledge, and mentorship from day one.
- Support Our Sales Partners and Clients — You’ll collaborate closely with our sales agents to guide clients through the home-buying process, delivering an exceptional and caring experience.
- Provide Thoughtful Feedback — Help refine and confirm our clients' home search criteria by providing detailed, written feedback, ensuring every step aligns with their goals.
- Write and Negotiate Offers — Confidently represent our clients and sales agents with care and precision when preparing and negotiating offers.
- Engage in Meaningful Lead Generation — Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week to connecting with potential clients, helping more families find their way home.
- Sharpen Skills Through Collaboration — Participate in weekly script practice as part of our commitment to growth, mastery, and supporting each other’s success.
- Be an Active Member of Our Community — Engage in regular team activities designed to foster connection, accountability, and shared wins.
- Commit to Growth and Coaching — Take part in weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and our Partner Call — all designed to help you grow professionally and personally within our supportive community.
- Stay Organized and On Track — Use PLACE Technology to track tasks, activities, and progress, keeping you aligned with your goals and our team’s mission.

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
