How You’ll Win in This Role

This position is built for agents who are willing to work hard, follow a proven system, and want their first year in real estate to look very different than the industry average.

  • Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to master the systems, habits, and fundamentals that allow you to ramp faster and earn sooner than most new agents.
  • Partner directly with a high-producing lead sales agent, gaining daily, hands-on experience guiding buyers through home tours and refining search criteria with confidence and precision.
  • Deliver clear, written feedback after every showing, sharpening your ability to diagnose client needs and position yourself as a trusted advisor—not just a door opener.
  • Write and negotiate offers in real transactions, building real-world skill in contract strategy and negotiation while learning how top agents win in competitive markets.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of lead generation, using proven scripts and systems that create predictable income and separate top earners from the rest of the field.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and accountability sessions, developing the communication skills, consistency, and confidence that drive conversion.
  • Engage fully in team meetings, workshops, community events, and masterminds, surrounding yourself with high performers and raising your personal standard.
  • Attend weekly coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls, ensuring constant improvement, clear direction, and measurable progress toward income goals.
  • Track all tasks, conversations, and results in PLACE Technology, learning how elite agents run a disciplined, data-driven business.

Uphold team standards of client care, communication, and professionalism, building a reputation that fuels referrals, repeat business, and long-term growth.

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch and immediately apply proven systems that remove guesswork and accelerate your confidence, consistency, and production.
  • Work directly alongside a high-producing sales agent and master negotiator, gaining front-row exposure to how offers are structured, negotiated, and won in competitive markets.
  • Guide clients through home tours and showings, developing the instincts and market knowledge that top agents rely on to serve at a high level.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful written feedback after showings to help refine client criteria and strengthen your advisory skills.
  • Write and negotiate offers with support and coaching, building real competence—not just theoretical knowledge—in contract strategy and negotiation.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of lead generation, learning how consistent activity creates predictable results and long-term income.
  • Participate in weekly script practice to build confidence, clarity, and professionalism in client and prospect conversations.
  • Engage fully in team activities, trainings, and Partner Calls, surrounding yourself with high standards, accountability, and winning habits.
  • Meet weekly for 1:1 coaching, focused on skill development, mindset, and clear next steps toward personal production goals.
  • Track all activities in PLACE technology, learning how top agents run their business like a business—using data, discipline, and systems.

Compensation

$45,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
