Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to build a strong professional foundation
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Guide buyers through the process by securing signed buyer agreements and identifying appropriate homes
  • Collaborate with top master negotiators in Ann Arbor to sharpen negotiation skills for both buyers and sellers, maximizing outcomes and income potential
  • Keep detailed records of all activities and tasks utilizing PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month to showcase listed properties
  • Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions to enhance communication in line with team standards
  • Actively engage in team meetings and collaborative projects as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls to support continuous professional development
  • Work closely with sellers to obtain listings and execute strategic marketing plans to attract buyers
  • Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services to optimize property value and appeal

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$36,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
