Join ROC Real Estate Partners as a Showing Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico!
Be a vital part of our dynamic team by supporting our Director of Sales in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, coordinate property showings, and contribute to the seamless operation of our real estate services. If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this position is perfect for you. Located near old town you will be at the heart of the local market, helping clients find their dream homes and making a tangible impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Track tasks and activities in our CRM
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Active Real estate license
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
