Milestone Property Group is looking for a licensed Showing Assistant to support our buyer clients and help deliver an outstanding home-buying experience. This opportunity is well suited for a motivated real estate professional who wants practical experience, mentorship from seasoned agents, and a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

An active Ohio real estate license is required.

In this role, you’ll work directly in the field with buyers, coordinate and conduct property showings, and support clients throughout their home search. You’ll also gain insight into the operations of a successful real estate team while learning the systems, technology, and processes that guide the client experience.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Utilize team provided technology
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
