• 🎓 Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• 🤝 Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients to property showings
• 📝 Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clients’ home search preferences
• ✍️ Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• 📞 Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• 🎭 Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
• 🤗 Actively participate in team events and activities as required
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
