We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who is proficient in both Spanish and English to support and grow our Spanish-speaking clientele. This full-time position requires assisting clients throughout the entire property transaction process, from the initial listing to the final closing.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Have a valid Washington Real Estate license or be willing to obtain one
