A valid Texas Real Estate License is required. This commission-only position is exclusively for licensed agents and offers perks such as revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, and additional incentives.

• Collaborate directly with the lead sales agent to help clients find their ideal homes.
• Conduct property tours for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
• Arrange access for home inspections and other essential appointments.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients narrow down their home options.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating offers alongside the sales agent and clients.
• Engage actively in team meetings and social gatherings.
• Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls for continuous growth.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the PLACE Technology platform.

• Passionate about interacting with clients and skilled at building and sustaining professional relationships
• Maintains an enthusiastic and positive demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent driving and travel requirements
• Skilled at understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow within the industry
• Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of success
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Possession of a valid TX real estate license is required
• Experienced in preparing contracts with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Must possess a keycard
• Dependable and punctual
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
