We are seeking a Showing Assistant to collaborate closely with our Buyer Agents in Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas. A valid Texas Real Estate License is required. This commission-based role is open only to licensed agents.

• Work closely with the top sales agent to support clients in locating their perfect homes.
• Lead property showings for buyers across the East Texas area and surrounding locations.
• Coordinate access for inspections and other necessary appointments.
• Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in refining their home search.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Participate actively in team meetings and social events.
• Commit to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls for ongoing development.
• Track and document tasks and activities using the PLACE Technology system.

• High school diploma required
• Valid TX real estate license is mandatory
• Experienced in contract preparation with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have a keycard
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities at once

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
