Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a solid foundation for your real estate career
  • Regularly use PLACE lead generation strategies each week to find new opportunities
  • Help buyers by getting signed agreements and finding homes that fit their needs
  • Work alongside some of Ann Arbor’s best negotiators to improve your skills and get great results for clients
  • Keep track of all your activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
  • Host at least two open houses every month to show off properties
  • Turn your lead generation efforts into scheduled meetings with potential clients
  • Take part in team meetings and group projects when needed
  • Stay committed to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls to keep growing professionally
  • Collaborate with sellers to secure listings and put together smart marketing plans that attract buyers
  • Use your knowledge of pricing, staging, and listing services to help properties look their best and sell faster

  • Comfortable with prospecting and generating leads.

Compensation

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
