Job Description

We are seeking seasoned real estate agents eager to take their careers to the next level. With a steady stream of leads, we support motivated professionals in refining their sales strategies and thriving in the competitive real estate market. Our cutting-edge HOMEBASE SALES GENERATOR PLAN is designed to help you maximize your potential in home sales.

As a leading team in San Antonio, we offer comprehensive training combined with exclusive technology to enhance your real estate expertise. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
