This role is designed for ambitious, learning-based agents who want to master the craft, get in front of clients daily, and earn while being coached by top producers.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with our lead agents to show homes to clients across Northern Virginia.
  • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback after each showing to refine client search criteria.
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of lead agents and their clients.
  • Hold open houses to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week to build your own pipeline.
  • Track daily activities and client updates in PLACE technology and team systems.
  • Commit to consistent growth—participating in script practice, team trainings, coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Call.
  • Deliver world-class service, ensuring clients feel supported and confident every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable spending time on the road showing homes and meeting clients.
  • Ambitious, learning-based, and driven to succeed in real estate.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and match them to the right properties.
  • Licensed in Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure).
  • High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
